How to Return a Product
If you choose to return an item, simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely (in its original packing if possible). Also indicate if you would like to replace the item or receive a credit on your credit card (less any shipping charges). Then, mail the package to the address indicated below. For your protection, please ensure that you are shipping your return via an insured, traceable carrier.

Unless the return is based on a bigfuntoys.com error, we cannot refund shipping charges. Your return/exchange/credit to your credit card will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of our receipt of the item. Please keep all packaging, manuals, and registration cards until you are sure that you are happy with the product(s) you have purchased.
Shipping methods and charges
U.S.A. Orders
Toys in stock will usually ship in 1 - 2 business days from New Jersey. When you will receive your toys depends upon the shipping method you select and the availability of the product. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately, however, you will not incur any additional shipping charge.
Our standard shipping method within the continental U.S.A. is UPS Standard Delivery. We also ship UPS 2nd Day Express, USPS Priority, and USPS Express. You can choose the shipping method you prefer as you checkout your shopping cart. United States Postal Priority Mail is our normal method for Alaska and Hawaii. We will notify you by email of the postal charges to those states. All shipping and handling charges are based on merchandise total. Some very large/odd sized items will have surcharges added on to the basic shipping cost.
